The warranty only covers manufacturing defects, and only applies if the worktop has been installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions. Damage caused by errors before or during the installation, by non-domestic use or by improper maintenance is therefore not covered.
The warranty on the worktop (part) will be voided if the worktop has been milled, there are drill holes in it, etc.
If you have any complaints, please notify the supplier/shop; they will see to it that your warranty claim(s) are sent to the right place.
Warranty claims can be submitted up to 5 years after the week of delivery. You can find the delivery date on the invoice.
If you make a warranty claim, a service technician will visit you to assess the complaint. If possible, the problem will be resolved immediately. If this is not possible, and if the claim is well-founded, a new worktop (part) will be delivered to you. It's not possible to claim compensation for its installation, for any inconvenience caused, etc.
Rust spots caused by external conditions are not covered by the warranty on sinks.
In the event of an unfounded claim, call-out fees will be charged.
Please report any complaints to the supplier/shop where you purchased the worktop.
