General terms of delivery for webshop orders - In Dekker's online shop, service items and warehouse goods are offered at very low prices. All items are of excellent quality and are in stock. Because Dekker is a wholesaler, we do not have a physical shop. This means that you can only order the products online.

Delivery

The products will be delivered to you via Selektvracht. The delivery costs are € 5. After delivery, you have up to 14 days to return items. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days free of charge. Dekker Zevenhuizen B.V. will only accept the returned goods if they are:

- undamaged,

- unused,

- complete,

- returned in undamaged packaging.

Delivery times

In general, we deliver within 5 working days after we have received your payment. In case the delivery time cannot be met, we will inform you timely.

Service

You can submit your service request by email dekkerservice@dznet.nl. When submitting a service request, always provide your name, address, phone number, the product number and order number. First we will try to solve the problem by sending new replacement parts. If this does not solve the problem, you can call in a technician. Under 'Warranty' you will find the costs for calling in a technician.

Guarantee

All our goods are quality products and checked before shipping. If, in your opinion, the delivered items are defective upon receipt or shortly thereafter, please contact our customer service. Always provide the order number and describe the complaint in detail, to prevent any unnecessary delays. The following terms of guarantee apply to the products in the online shop:

Individual parts: the warranty period for parts ordered through the website is 6 months.

Lanesto®: first to fifth year of use, warranty on parts. After the first year of use, standard call-out fees (€48.00 incl. VAT) and labour (€60.50 incl. VAT) will be charged. Two years after purchase, all repair costs will be charged to the consumer.

Please note: the parts of Lavanto® taps purchased in our outlet shop, are covered by a 1 year warranty. Any call-out fees will always be charged.

The following applies to Lavanto® taps: if no angle valves with filter are installed, the warranty will be voided in the event of leaks and problems with the mechanism. In that case, the cost of the service visit will also be charged.

Grohe: first to fifth year of use, warranty on parts. After the first year of use, standard call-out fees and labour will be charged. In case of incorrect installation and maintenance, the warranty will be voided.

To report a problem quickly and efficiently, you or your customer can use the Grohe service form (www.grohe.nl or www.grohepro.nl). After submitting the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. Depending on the type of problem, you will receive advice by phone, a new part will be sent to you, or a service technician will visit you.

Venlo: first to tenth year of use, warranty on parts. After the third year of use, standard call-out fees (€ 64,26 incl. VAT) will be charged. After the fifth year of use, labour will be charged as well.

Quooker: The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects of the entire product for a period of two years from the date of installation, subject to the discretion of the manufacturer, Peteri b.v. Under this warranty, the purchaser is entitled to have the defective part repaired free of charge or replaced. If you encounter a problem with the product within the warranty period, please contact the installer, who is primarily responsible for providing service, and submit your proof of warranty and the purchase invoice. The purchaser may be charged for the costs of disassembly and/or assembly and for any return costs to the manufacturer. The warranty is voided in the following cases: in case of non-domestic or improper use, if the product has not been installed in accordance with the Quooker instructions and locally applicable regulations, and if the product or any part of it has been disassembled or repaired by anyone other than the persons designated by, or on behalf of, the manufacturer.

Kickspace: First to fifth year of use, warranty on parts. After the second year of use, standard call-out fees (€ 101.15 incl. VAT) will be charged. Five years after purchase, all repair costs will be charged.

Waste bins (all brands): waste bins are covered by a one-year warranty on parts only.

Lanesto® LED lighting: First to fifth year of use, warranty on parts. After the first year of use, standard call-out fees and labour (€ 78.65 excl. VAT) will be charged. Five years after purchase, all repair costs will be charged to the consumer.

For basic lighting, call-out fees and labour will be charged instantly. Parts are covered by the warranty.

Lighting (all other brands): First to second year of use, warranty on parts (excl. light bulbs). After the first year of use, standard call-out fees and labour (€ 108.90 incl. VAT) will be charged. Two years after purchase, all repair costs will be charged to the consumer.

Splashback systems (all brands): the parts of splashback systems are covered by a 1-year warranty.
